"Front staff were very nice! We stayed in one of the galley rooms as we were at a concert and wanted to sleep in. This rooms have no windows and are super dark which let us sleep in the next morning! "

"Arriving in Boston was a bit stressful with traffic and tight roads. Valet staff was incredibly helpful. Porters (or bellhops) were attentive and polite. Checking in was a breeze. Overall, I loved the room, area and history of the Omni Parker. Definitely recommend if you plan on staying in Boston!"

"Everything was clean and comfortable. Our check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The amenities were all under renovation so you local competition received much of our business for food and entertainment. It would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The temperatures were 0 degrees so we would have preferred not having to go elsewhere. We love Hilton so you won't lose us over this! Thanks for listening. "
