Went to check and and the staff tried to charge me more than I had already prepaid for this hotel! I was very upset but said Expedia doesn’t charge enough. At breakfast they continually ran out of food. No eggs no bacon and no hash browns.

Hello Stephanie, thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Expedia's site says that there are hotel fees that get collected at the hotel. Our friendly guest agent tried to help you with this, as well as waived the 4 dollar fee after the whole matter. We do not know what Expedia charges nightly as they are a third party site. I will talk to my breakfast hosts on how we can assure breakfast does not run out. Thank you again for your review. Take care.

The pool and slide were a big hit with the kids and the hot tub was magical after a day of skiing. The staff are also great and so accommodating.

Weather wasn't great therefore they were letting guests check in early. This was much appreciated and spending the afternoon on the pool/hot tub/waterslide was a great "make up" for the kids, too pur failed attempt at skiing that day. Many thanks. Most stalls had plug ins also- bonus! (Pincher no stranger to high winds and low windchills)

Hot tub and pool were broken and we were not advised. The only reason we booked this hotel was so that the kids could enjoy the water slide and hot tub facilities. Our children were extremely disappointed.
