Although advertising a hot tub, it wasn't in service, which is the main reason we went there. Extremely disappointing.

Clean. . . Looks like it just had a fresh paint job and new flooring. Check in staff was a young gentleman that was just as kind as can be!!!! Made the check in progress an absolute 11 out of 10!!!!

The suite I stayed in was outdated and not worth the money. It was loud late at night and blow dryer didn’t work. Limited food options and the vending machine wouldn’t even take my money for a water.

DO not go there for work as the WIFI is terrible and they don not care.

the staff was nice. Not enough handicapped parking. The room was gross and not super clean and crips how I like it. it was old and needs updated. I will never stay there again and I go to the area al lot for business.
The beds are horrible... like sleeping on a rock with a thin blanket on top of it. No springs. No foam. Everything else was really good, but when you only sleep about 1 hour it taints your view of everything else!!

My reservation was canceled by the hotel. Because they were over booked. Shouldn’t be able to get a room online through Expedia if they can just cancel on you

The smoke smell is really off putting. The decor is in need of an update. The fitness center has old broken equipment. The size of room can fit 3 pieces of equipment with about 10 inches between the pieces.

Hotel lost my reservation.
Booked online. Got to Hotel the next day at 10:00pm after our event got over. Went to check in and they didn't have my reservation. Got in contact with Hotels.com. They did refund my money right away. Wanted to book me at another hotel, since this one was now sold out. I wasn't interested. So i drove home over 2 hours with my family.
valet was polite, i would like to see more dining options but what they had sufficed.

Quick Trip
I was a little disappointed in the room. No microwave or coffee pot. They did give coffee vouchers, but establishment was not open before we left. They gave us coffee at the front desk. The room had plenty of space and was clean. It was fine for our overnight quick trip through Waterloo. I would have wanted coffee and a microwave in the room if I was staying more than 1 night.
