The rooms could use some updates. The wall paper was peeling off, there was a patch on the wall that hasn’t been fixed. The light switch to the bathroom was located on the outside which wasn’t convenient. Carol at the front desk was amazing! The room was spacious. The bed was comfy and the hotel is centrally located to lots of food and shopping options.

The hotel was in a good location for what we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy, good breakfast. The room was just OK, the beds weren't very comfortable. I expected a little nicer room for a Hampton Inn.

This was a clean place to stay and close to where we wanted to be. Staff was friendly! We were told it is scheduled for a make over, because we had problems with our unlocking door, weight room problems and no pool.Definitely understaffed for the weekend. We were definitely disappointed that the pool was drained. We were there for peewee wrestling and there were kids everywhere! We tried to work out and kids without parents kept coming in trying to take weights and trying to use equipment. We had kids running halls and calls in the middle of the night. I don’t blame staff for some of these problems but was not a pleasant stay.

Hard to say this is a Hampton Inn...
This hotel needs to be updated badly. It is below the standards of a typical Hampton Inn. Check-in was slow because of computer issues. The room I rented specifically on Hotels.com was not available. It should not be advertised if it isn't available. Pillows were awful. Bed was comfy. Wallpaper is bubbled all over. Room is dark and carpet is gross. Definitely not the typical Hampton Inn.

Seemed rundown. Staff was having issues with the registration system. Lobby and rooms smelled musty. There was a drywall seam coming apart in the ceiling of our room.

Property was great. The pool was clean. Our room was clearn as well. We were in Room 102. The shower/bathtub faucet handle did not work well. We had to push it in to get it to turn on which made it very difficult to also turn off. The staff was wonderful especially Monica who made cookies and offered them to us in the evening. She didn't mind our dad's teasing either. We also appreciated the breakfast staff who offered to refill our coffee cups.

The room was a good size (we got one with couch, kitchenette and two beds). Tv was good. Front desk struggled to find our check in info. Expedia and hotel showed a pool was available but it was drained. Pull out couch had dirty sheets still on it. Breakfast was good. Wouldn’t stay at this location again though.
