Very dirty. Floors and carpeting were filthy. I had 5 lights in my room and only one worked. Broken lamps. Old and beat up furniture. Many water stains on the ceiling. Front desk staff was nice, but that was about it.

Front desk guy was helpful, beds were nice and water pressure in tub was great, however, security mindied people would not like the place. Very insecure, we make our own blockade of the door but for normal traveler, not secure or safe. Very dingy, corners were dirty, paint peeling. very outdated. Exterior doors didnt lock and door lock inside had already been kicked in before. Tent got stolen in 10 minutes just 2 miles down street.

Been to this location numerous times & its always a pleasure! Staff is super friendly & my kids love the giant jacuzzi tubs in the rooms!

Room allocated was full of smoking smell. And has furniture that was simply disgusting. When I called front desk to complaint, the staff member was extremely rude. The next morning the manager helped me and my issues were resolved.

The first room was cold, the heater was putting out cold air. They moved us from a king room to 2 doubles. That heater was coming off the wall and they had to tape it so the cold air wouldn’t come through. Very disappointed.

Room was large, nice jetted tub in the bathroom. It was a great stay especially for the price, it was discounted from 85 to 55 for the night. The only disappointing thing was the coffee was weak and there were no other amenities for breakfast. Not even creamer… just coffee, cups and lids it was weird. No stirrers or spoons either.

We do not have breakfast and we have not offered this for at least that past year, please let us know where you are seeing this as we will change it, although there are hundreds and hundreds of sites that are not managerd by us that we are not responible for. Staff member at the front desk was not friendly or cordial. Had to bring down and exchange the bed comforter due to being stained and not cleaned. The same staff member mentioned above did not apologize for the inconvenience. The new bed comforter had bleach stains and holes. Bathtub had mold. Cigarette smoke was smelled throughout the entire venue. The place needs major renovation.

Staff was amazing love that the pool is open back up. Don't always like the smoke smell in some area's. Its a nice location we come here often for swim meets during the winter season.

Seems sketchy and unsafe, went to our room and immediately checked out. Room was a no smoking one and you could still smell cigarette smoke and as soon as you open the door.

All of the linen needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!! They need to do better on wiping down the headboards there was filth from previous guests still there and the bedsheets were DISGUSTING!! The towels they give you that they want you to wash your body with is BROWN they aren’t even white anymore! Please do better. Loved the property very beautiful but needs to be maintained cleaned inspected and cared for a lot better!!

Pool was dirty and cold…our smoke detector was hanging down from the ceiling. Ceiling tiles were missing. Elevator was quite scary!!!

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry for any inconvenience, although we are an indoor pool, I am not so sure about winter accessibility, I will look into this and make sure that we make it known. We are a NON- Smoking hotel, unfortunately, some of our guests want to smoke in the rooms and they disable the smoking alarms, we check the rooms, however, our houskeeping staff may not notice, we will look into what room you were in and check the smoke alarm. We understand that everyone has a level of comfort and you were not comfortable and for that we are very sorry, we try to keep a clean and comfortable hotel, we took this hotel over and made many changes, we do apologize for any inconveniences and I will make sure that I message the manager and let them know. Huge fight right outside our window, music shook our entire room from the event area below, which was allowed to go on past 12 at night. Only half the outlets in my room worked.

The hotel smelled like marijuana. The rooms had a funky smell the table and the room was so wobbly it was ready to fall apart the elevator, as soon as you got to the second floor before it stopped. It starts shaking, bouncing up and down, making noises me and my family thought we were gonna die in there, the gentleman at the front desk wasn’t at the front desk and if you went and asked him a question, he was kind of rude about it. I mean this is the worst service and hotel I ever been to. I just hope Hotels.com don’t continue to work with this hotel it is so dirty , telephone calls are missing. The microwave was missing. The refrigerator was missing so we had asked for a new room. I had never ever in my life experience a bad thing like this hotel before I would never ever ever come to this hotel ever again.

We do not offer phones in the rooms at this time. While we have a no-smoking policy, we do not always know about what is happening in the middle of the night in our rooms, your are more than welcome to let us know as we do have a 24 hour front desk. We do appreciate you bringing it to our attention because now that we are under new management, we are listening to our guests and fixing issues. We are making changes, we have many rooms, so when you check in, here and at any hotel, if there is something amiss or as mentioned no microwaves or fridge, If you let us know at time of check in, we can immediately move you to another room that is more accomodating. We do apologize for any inconveniece and uderstand that we are not for you and we wish you the best in your future travels.

Beer cans all over the parking lot when we came out the next morning. They were all over our car area and spots were all over our car. Looked like there was a party and I can't believe that wasn't seen on camera. The hotel was fine. No breakfast like the internet said BUT the man who checked us in was kind and made check in easy. We would return :)
