This delightful rental features 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed + 1 twin bed, perfect for couples, small groups, or families. It was very bright and sunny. Next to train tracks, but maybe because it's up on the third floor, it did not bother us at all. The main area is much bigger than it looks in the pictures Close to everything in Waterbury, and a short drive to Stowe, Waitsfield, and other locations around the state. And we just couldn't get over the location - in the heart of everything - with a coffee shop next door - but with privacy and a designated parking spot! Check in was easy, and the unit was clean, tidy, spacious, cozy, and restful, with lots of natural light and inviting places to sit and relax. I have taken off one star because my partner and I had to spend some time deep cleaning the shower drain of gunk and hair from previous guests so that we could make use of the amazing bath tub without backwash from the drain. I think we did a pretty good job, and that the next guest will not have this problem, but it was a small hassle in an otherwise perfect little weekend trip. ##### Emily H. Haven’t heard back from her in 30 hours. My husband left a sweater in the dryer and we’re still waiting to hear back from the host about it. We offered to come back and get it, no response. She said she messaged her cleaners and new guests and didn’t get a response…that’s sketchy. That means her cleaners who were there first either took it or aren’t good at communicating either. Or, her tenants did and her cleaners didn’t respond at all. It’s very disappointing because we did like the place and the book store.
