The floor in the room was wet... hoping is was water A lot of pollution because only disposable dishes in the rooms and at breakfast... it would be nice to gradually replace this with washable dishes.

Dear Veronique,Thank you for your comments. We always welcome suggestions from our guests.The use of disposable dishes and their impact on pollution is a valid concern. Our plates are made from 100% renewable and reclaimed resources. They are made with sugar cane that is biodegradable. The utensils are made from plant-based cornstarch, which is also biodegradable. This switch saves over 55,000 gallons of water yearly and lessens our impact on the earth.We hope to see you again in the future.

Quel bel endroit. Le service était excellent. L'hôtel très propre et lit très confortable. L'environnement est unique et charmant. Très bel hôtel. Déjeuner excellent, jamais vu dans un autre Best Western. J'y retrouverai.

It is located nicely not to far from Stowe and close enough to Burlington which we also wanted to go to. Also, breakfast was really good ! Lots of options and we could prepare our own waffles, which the kids liked !

Hôtel très agréable en pleine nature. Petit déjeuner parfait et copieux. Très belle piscine avec jacuzzi. La petite ville de Waterbury est ravissante. Un clin d'oeil pour le restaurant Prohibition Pig super avec des ribs exceptionnels.

Perfect stay for a ski trip to Sugarbush or Stowe
Nous avons logé au best western Waterbury pour aller ski à Sugarbush. L’endroit est très centrale et l’idéal pour ce rendre autant à Sugarbush, à Stowe qu’à Burlington. La piscine et le spa est un plus et nous avons bien aimé le déjeuner inclus. Les lits sont confortables et le jet de douche est puissant er agréable. À part qu’il manquait du body wash à notre arrivée et que le chauffage faisait un bruit tout était parfait. Je le recommande b

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L'hôtel est très bien situé soit à 30 minutes de Stowe ou Sugarbush. Épicerie accessible à une distance à pieds. Le déjeuner offre une grande variété de choix (chaud ou froid). Le personnel est très gentil et l'environnement est propre et accueillant.

Great location ! High on the hill, incredible view and a feeling of seclusion. Even has a covered bridge over a gentle stream leading to pleasant grassy clearing surrounded by a wooded area with a nice little walking path loop through the woodsy terrain. There are a few other seated areas on the property that were also quite serene. The room itself was average but fine. The staff I encountered was a bit stiff and not particularly welcoming but tolerable I guess. I did enjoy my stay mainly for the outside ambiance.

I really enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The road up to the driveway and the driveway itself was steep and I wouldn't want to attempt it in the winter but otherwise would definitely stay here again.

We loved the cleanliness and attention to detail by the chef that created the breakfast spread. He was personable, walked around and made sure tables were cleaned immediately after people left, and ensured that food was refreshed constantly. We thought he was great!

The room was overall clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathtub barely drained which was a bit unhygienic and time consuming because we had to wait about 15 minutes between showers for the tub to drain before the next person could shower. The pool in the greenhouse was awesome and it was nice and toasty warm in there. They were working on the carpet in the middle of the building so I had to go upstairs and around and back down to get to the pool. I also had to go to the front desk to access ice because the ice machine was also in that area so it was really unfortunate that they were working on that during our stay.
