This 3,500 sqft home features 3 oversized bedrooms and 5 full baths. Enter through a double-height, light-filled foyer that opens to the living room with a fireplace, the family/entertainment room, the formal dining room, and a wet bar area. Original, oversized pocket doors connect these gracious spaces and provide a wonderful flow to the floor plan. The large chef's kitchen is bathed in light and has a built-in banquette, home office area, and its' own separate entrance. The second floor boasts walnut flooring, three bedrooms, and three full baths. The principal suite contains vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, an en-suite bath, and an oversized, walk-in closet (originally the 4th bedroom).
