Good - location was very convenient to Southampton, Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. And the neighborhood was super quiet. Bad - we had problems with the appliances from the start. The oven didn’t work and was missing racks to make it usable. The refrigerator had a broken fan (terrible loud whining noise) and the ice maker was broken and wouldn’t stop making ice. The house didn’t have glassware or bowls for enough people. The grass in the back yard was all dead and weeds and was covered with old dog poop. The main level had a periodic sewer gas’s smell.
