« This hotel was so disgusting and unsanitary, we cancelled after the first night and went elsewhere. And when we were told to contact Expedia for a refund, they refused to authorize the refund. There were bugs, mold, and literal poop smeared in the floors of the bathroom. And to be told that we could have the two nights refunded that we did not stay and then now being told we cannot be refunded, is scamming at its finest. Do not waste your time or money staying here. »

« This hotel lacks corporate investment. The rooms are clean, but amenities are scarce. There is just one fast food restaurant in this casino and Cattleman restaurant is open for 4 hours day and no room service or breakfast on site. You have to pray for door dash. The Louisiana Board walk is Zombie movie set. I was so disappointed. Food was aweful. I went to KFC and went back Texas. »

« The folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The property was a bit suspect and made ya rethink staying. Of course ya get what ya paid for and nothing more. There was some lady fighting at the back of the property when we were going to our room lol the room had a few bugs crawl across the floor which hubby killed. Very noisy from the other rooms. Paper thin walls, windows and ceiling apparently. Not sure I would stay there again if given the choice but adequate for a quick overnight...

« Everything was great except they put me in a handicap room and the shower water ends up all on the floor of the bathroom. I couldn’t imagine a handicapped person cleaning up all of that water that I had to and I’m not handicapped. »

« When I arrived, it was very late but everything worked out perfectly because all of the instructions they left worked perfectly. So many small touches made it the perfect place for my short stay. The communication with the host was very fast, kind and professional and I would highly recommend this location! »

« The facility has been completely renovated beautifully done. All new and so very clean. Excellent bed and bedding. They accept pets, which is a big plus. Staff was excellent. The only drawback for me was there was no pool, it had been filled in. Nice alternative if you’re not into the B&B scene there. »
