Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, and even an oversize 1 car garage for those cold days. The whole family or even just a couple can enjoy the entire home for less than the cost of hotel rooms. Located between Palmer and Wasilla, and just 40 min to Anchorage.  
Free washer dryer and WIFI. Your home away from home. Residential neighborhood with 1 acre wooded lots, some Mt views.

#### Great place to stay

The property was very nice and clean. I traveled down for my sons hockey tournament, having a clean garage he could put his gear in was great. The neighborhood seemed very nice. Dean was very good and available to contact. I would definitely stay here again.

#### Clean, comfortable and convenient!

The property is very convenient to downtown Wasilla. There was plenty of space for our group of 5\. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. We had everything we needed! There is a fenced yard. It was well maintained with chairs and a fire pit. Dean was responsive and helpful. We had no issues whatsoever.
