« The location is great, proximal to a couple of great establishments selling organic food and excellent coffee. The house is comfortable, appreciate all appliances are in good working condition! Bathrooms and beds were very clean. One of the bulbs in the kitchen was busted but immediately replaced; one chair at the dining table was not safe with a missing screw / bent leg so we put that aside - but it didn’t hamper our enjoyment of our stay. Thank you, we had an awesome stay! »

« We had a great stay that was a combination family holiday and football weekend. The house was comfortable and let us have a cozy family weekend as well as enjoy all the fun of a Michigan football weekend and downtown Ann Arbor. We enjoyed the games, the sauna and our bulldog was very happy with the big backyard m. We also enjoyed walking her in the neighborhood including a small park at the end of the street with a walking trail with a lovely little playground. If our kids were still small...

« The positives- nice neighborhood and excellent communications with owner. She was very responsive and gave recommendations for restaurants in the area. I felt it wasn’t super clean. The outdoor area definitely needs some tlc. We planned to use the sleeper sofa but it was full of crumbs and not at all a comfortable bed for an adult. The tv in bedroom did not work, but didn’t bother us too much as we were basically there to sleep. »

All mattress should be replaced. I couldn't sleep on master mattress another night. Spacious yes, luxury not. Since we had a large family need, it worked for us. And we appreciated the welcome feeling from the host. »
