It is a short scenic drive directly to Zion National Park and 5 minutes from downtown St. George. It is easily accessible and right in the middle of colorful Southern Utah. The neighboring home is identical and can also be rented for an extra-large group – see Zion\`s Gate I. The perfect place for your next Southern Utah getaway with friends or family! In this home, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker and blender, as well as, all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. There are only four bedrooms, but there is a bean bag sleeper in the TV room that folds out into a queen-size bed. The home has a small backyard equipped with a natural gas BBQ and seating for 12\. It also has a front courtyard with additional seating. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The complex has two beautiful pools (heated all year round) and hot tubs that are a 5-minute walk from the home. There is also a clubhouse that has games, foosball, and a gym! It can be rented to groups. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. Smart TVs are available on all TVs. The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am-10 pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils. Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 11 am. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. The property has a 2-car garage and 2-car driveway. There are also extra car stalls nearby. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure. We made a day trip in to Zion which was super easy and really enjoyed downtown St George only 15 minutes away. We also spent a day in Snow Canyon State Park which was gorgeous. It wasn't super warm during our stay so we didn't spend as much time outside as we would've liked and we did make one Pool Night but the water temperature was warmer than the air so it was a little tough for the adults but the kids all loved it. We had asked about having a camper stay on site and were told it would be OK if it fit in th driveway but the community specifically does not allow campers or trailers per the welcome letter we got and multiple posted signs. The driveway was also too shallow and slanted to have fit a camper if allowed so that was a little disappointing but we had mad alternate arrangements to park off site. ##### Bradley B. It was clean, neat and an excellent value for our group. The garage and driveway easily accommodated our 2 vehicles and 5 mountain bikes. The property manager, Natasha, quickly responded and addressed all of our needs. Places like this make hotels overpriced and obsolete. ##### Joe G. Close to every activity in St George and Hurricane. We even made a day trip to Las Vegas! The swimming pool and hot tubs where warm at end of December. The condo had plenty of room for eating, sleeping and just hanging out! Natasha was excellent at answering questions promptly! It’s was awesome get away! Would stay her again! ##### debbie m. It was a wonderful location and we really enjoyed all of the amenities the property had to offer. The pools and hot tubs were nice as well as the many tv's and sitting areas. Would stay again. The home was very spacious and worked wonderful for our softball team from Canada. We had a small issue with the stove and Wi-Fi that Jason was able to help us with immediately. The front door lock gave us some issues and needed fixing but we were able to enter through the garage so not a problem. The gals all loved the sizes of the bedrooms and the décor was beautiful. The black and white phots of the area were great and I wished I had time to read the whole book of the history of the area. Very interesting and an nice touch. We had a great stay with our large group at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a convenient 45 min drive to Zion National Park. It is also conveniently located near 2 super Walmarts for groceries as well as plenty of restaurants. There were pool towels available for use, which was convenient since we all went swimming and some had forgotten to bring a swim towel. It was a fantastic stay, thanks! ##### Kelly S. It was well decorated, very clean, and we all enjoyed the two pools within a short walk away. The property manager was immediately responsive when we had air-conditioning issues. Its location provided easy access to St. George and is within an hour of Zion.
