### Washington DC Retreat! Elegant, Sunlit, Renovated Open-Plan Home

Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Washington: a bright, spacious 3-bedroom house with a convenient first-floor office — ideal for families, remote workers, or small groups. The main suite is a private retreat with its own bathroom and a separate entrance onto a sunny balcony. Living here means enjoying generous shared spaces: a large living room and formal dining room that flow easily into a light-filled kitchen with a breakfast bar — perfect for relaxed mornings.  
Sleeping & practical comforts: the house offers a comfortable stay with two queen beds, one full bed and a crib for little ones. There are two full bathrooms (each stocked with a hairdryer) plus a guest bathroom on the first floor for added convenience. Modern comforts include heating, air conditioning, an alarm system, and everyday needs (e.g. iron, washer, dryer) so guests always feel relaxed and well cared for.  
  
Just a 5-7 min walk from the metro to all DC attractions and a 25 minute drive to the heart of DC downtown.  
  
Whether you’re here for work or sightseeing, this welcoming, well-appointed home is a cozy base to experience the best of Washington! Please feel free to ask any questions. We enjoy hosting visitors to DC and look forward to hearing from you soon!
