SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: BR1: The spacious master bedroom located on the upper level offers a queen sized bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a comfortable teal velvet sofa/futon bed. BR2: Upper-level bedroom with a queen bed. BR3: Main level bedroom with a full-size bed. Bathroom 2: Full bathroom located in the upper-level hallway. Bathroom 3: Full bathroom located on the lower level. LOWER LEVEL OF HOME: Cozy second living room/den equipped with a 50” smart TV, full-size pull-out sofa bed available, a full tub/shower bathroom and a kitchenette. The home also comes with high-speed Wi-Fi so you can stream your favorite shows on Netflix, HULU, YouTube, etc. Note: Any children's amenities, such as a baby bath or highchair, must be requested prior to check-in to ensure they are set up upon arrival. FRONT STREET FACING PATIO: Enjoy a large front deck equipped with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxation. PARKING: A private one-car parking pad is located at the back of the home, along with ample free and non-metered street parking at the front. Please note, there is 2-hour parking Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding weekends and holidays. SELF-CHECK-IN ENABLED: We offer contactless check-in procedures. TRANSPORTATION: The DC streetcar stops are less than half a mile away, making it just a few minutes' drive or about a 15-minute walk. The streetcar operates free of charge daily along the H Street Corridor. Stadium Armory and Union Station Metro stations are both approximately one mile from the home.
