A highly sought after part of the city! This fabulous unit is mins from U St. Corridor. This apartment includes high end black marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and unique stone flooring. The open floor plan allows guests to whip up a feast while remaining a part of the action. Enjoy the patio space where there's outdoor seating and a bbq grill for outdoor enjoyment. This is your home away from home. By reserving this listing, you are agreeing that the listed number of guests are the only individuals occupying the residence with you. Guests in your party that are not included in your reservation are subject to $18/day extra guest fees. For long term reservations a separate lease must be agreed upon and signed. Absolutely no parties are allowed. No smoking allowed inside the property if evidence are found inside the property of smoking it will be a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed in the sidewalk beyond the yard in the front of the property. We need everyone to adhere to the set checkout times. We can allow a 15min grace period. But after that it is a $50 late fee assessed, and a daily fee after the full hour. This is to prevent inconveniencing guests coming in after you. All guests are expected to remove outside shoes before stepping onto any carpeted surfaces. We accommodate small pet dogs with a one-time fee of $200, along with a charge for any odors or damage caused by the dog, such as urine or disturbances to the property or furniture. Please also take note that if you make a purchase through Amazon Prime on the TV, you will have to pay for the amount of the purchase. The only "complaint" was that it was a bit further out of the city than we realized. While only a little over 2-3 miles out the city, it took 20 plus minutes to get anywhere by Uber.
