While there is not a microwave in every room, there is a communal one in the lobby if one ever needs to use it and we are also happy to hold any items that you need in our kitchen fridge as well! Additionally, we are pleased to report that our front patio project will conclude by the middle of March and our parking garage will be open to hotel guests again! As we discussed over the phone, we had several school groups staying at the hotel during your time here and they had hired an overnight security guard. We aware that you had discovered this individual resting on your way to check out and this caused you frustration and that you requested compensation, but we would like to reiterate that the hotel does not employ and is not affiliated with this person, as we do not regularly have overnight security. We do take the safety and security of our guests and team members very seriously, which is why there is a team member at the Front Desk 24/7 to assist anyone in need. Again, we are very sorry that this situation made you feel unsafe and we hope to get another opportunity to accommodate you to show you the what the true Normandy experience is all about!
