It’s known for its Old Town, with brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. Getting Around: The house is 1 block away from the metro station! CANNOT be in a better location Other Things to Note: Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. The problem and why I would never rent directly from CozySuites are three main things: 1) when I texted to say there were only 5 forks for a 16 person house as well as insufficient bowls, spoons I would have expected some to be delivered or I even suggested Amazon but nothing was done. You knew exactly how many people we were and it is not my job to decide how many you. I felt like your responses were AI generated. Luckily my daughter lived close by and we could eat our takeout with her forks Felt your organization was unresponsive 2) when I emailed you about 10 days prior indicating I wanted confirmation of my reservation since the last response several months earlier was you requesting photo IDs photos from us several different times, I NEVER received an email reply to my email. 3) I just have the feeling you have standard replies like they were AI generated and did nothing about my concerns when I texted about only having 5 forks, and very limited spoons and bowls. The two bedrooms were in the basement and one had to walk through one to get to the other. No bathroom on main floor. These should be disclosed. ##### Lisa S.
