Walking distance to the convention center, food, and the Metro. Short Metro ride to the Mall as well.Beds were very comfy, showers were great. Since we were there in the winter, the heating system is a bit quirky and we had to adjust to cold areas and hot areas. ##### Todd S. It was walkable to most of the neighborhoods we wanted to explore. The house was clean and there was plenty of space for our whole group. Very easy check-in and check-out process! Upon walking in, we realized that it was extremely clean, large, and spacious. The rooms were really big, some with seating areas in them; and the beds were also very comfortable. The shower pressure was great and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. We loved hanging out in the outside patio, which had ample seating for our party of 9, and then some. The townhouse was just two blocks from a 7th Street, which had a ton of restaurants and cafes! Adam was really attentive and prompt with any questions that I had, and honestly just really easy to approach. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend! ##### Jacqueline H.
