DISCLOSURES Security Surveillance: The Host maintains an active exterior security camera that is constantly recording both audio and video. The Host may monitor and review these recordings to ensure guest safety, property security, and compliance with house rules. This camera is located in an exterior location and will not infringe upon the private living spaces of the Guest. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT Access and Termination of Occupancy: Access to the premises is strictly limited to the duration of the valid reservation, and the right to occupancy shall terminate automatically upon the maturity, cancellation, or breach of the reservation terms by the Guest. Any unauthorized access or overstay may be subject to additional charges and legal action. Acknowledgment and Consent: By proceeding with the reservation, the Guest expressly acknowledges and consents to the aforementioned terms and disclosures, and agrees that such acknowledgment shall constitute a binding agreement between the parties. The location was great, close to everything, and the barbecue worked perfectly, which we really enjoyed.What truly stood out was the host – super friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Even when we had small issues, he was always quick to reply and offered support right away.That said, there were a couple of things that made our experience less comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the nights were very hot, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work, and even though the host gave us instructions, we couldn’t access the router to fix it.So while the house and host were both wonderful, the lack of A/C and Wi-Fi did affect our stay. That’s why we’re giving it 3 stars. We really appreciated the hospitality and all the good things the house offered – with just a few improvements, it could be a perfect stay! ##### Gabriella T.
