This peaceful and centrally located home in Historic - Takoma Park, a commuter's dream offering walkability, onsite parking, and easy access to public transportation. Perfectly situated, it’s within walking distance to shops, parks, the art district, and local entertainment. The Takoma Park COP, dry cleaners, butcher shop, and beauty salon are just a five minute stroll away. Enjoy the charm and convenience of this vibrant neighborhood, making it an ideal place for your next stay/adventure.  
  
This space includes entry from the parking lot directly to the unit. The kitchen is all inclusive. This includes everything you need to cook a homemade meal. Pots, pans, silverware, and glassware is provided in the cabinetry. There’s a hot water kettle and coffee machine available for your convenience. The dining room has a table that seats two with lots of sunshine. The living room has a comfy couch and a 50 inch screen TV for news and entertainment. A workspace is provided with a rolling chair. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with black out curtains and different textured pillows for your comfort. Closet is equipped with a steamer, iron, ironing board, and luggage stand.
