I needed an extra room the staff told me the there was no more rooms available, I did not believe that. This is a 10 floor building am pretty sure that it was not packed.

This hotel needs some serious upgrading. The furniture is out dated. The curtains are raggedy and the sheets were dingy looking. The bathtub was peeling and slipper. And how to you have a hotel with ten floors and there are only working ice machines on the 5, 8, and 10 floor. This place is the pits. I gave it two tries, but it just needs to be torn down and rebuilt!

Automatic doors was not working didnt have a microwave ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on it was someone smoking and it was coming in my room it was suppose a non smoking hotel heater panel fell off needs major upgrades

Receptionist gave a super hard time with check in. Very dismissive. The room could have been cleaner as well.

The rug in the room was dirty and smelling, the room wasn't properly cleaned. When I asked for cleanings like tablet soap and toiletry which weren't in the room, I was asked to walk down from 9th floor to come get it at the front desk. I couldn't stay pass 1 hour and had to look for alternate place.

Was disappointed in this hotel. The room was clean but the cable connection was weak as all the channel has static. There was no microwave in my room, nor was their one in the common areas so I could not heat up my food. Also, the service on my cell phone was bad in the hotel. I probably wont be staying at this hotel again.

Hotel staff was ok it’s just people live there beds are in terrible condition walls are gross. The bathroom wall had bubbles and just in bad shape. The price for my stay was great it’s just everything else is depressing.
