When they did respond to my concerns that yes they just learned from the last tenants/cleaners that 1) yes the smoke detectors are malfunctioning, 2) the main TV remote is missing, 3) there are missing/broken glasses/kitchenware and 4) yes there's a missing picture (1 of 4 in a sequence) in the kitchen. Everyone had their own comfortable bed; no bathroom traffic jams with 4 of them in the house; plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen (some paper towels the only thing missing). Garage was great for parking one of our vehicles and all the bikes. A garage door code would have made getting in and out a little easier. The pool and hot tubs were gold after a hot day on the trails. At first, we were kind of wishing the grocery stores were closer, but it was actually nice to have some isolation from high traffic areas; nice and quiet in the neighborhood. Owners responded quickly to questions. Location is pretty convenient for driving to trails around St George and Hurricane. And as a bonus, it's an easy ride from the house to Church Rocks and Dino Cliffs trails, which are relatively short, but quite fun and scenic. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Neil H.
