The place was clean and was as described. Very convenient for my purposes and in a pleasant neighborhood. Would recommend to others. I did have neighbors (the other apartment unit - perhaps part of the same Vrbo rental) who seemed to be having a noisy party one of the nights during my stay. I don't blame the owners for that - the "no party" rule is clearly stated in their information.
