Great location to get to Zion.However..., If you're looking to relax and spend time at the pool or play pickleball, forget it. This neighborhood is overrun with vacation rentals and families, especially on the weekends. Unsupervised kids run amok at the pool and on the courts. Parents allow toddlers and young kids to join them in the hot tub creating a over-crowded, uncomfortable mess! Two hot tubs were constantly jam packed with kids and families.Wish I could give it 5 stars, but the whole pool situation was too much to overcome.
