If you’re looking for a unique townhome loaded with amenities and things to do, Town Center is the place for you!

Beautiful home, we loved the beautiful patio with hot tub & fireplace feature. It was nice to be able to be together as we mourned the loss of our sweet grandma & great grandma. Being so close to the pool was also really nice, to stay cool in the St. George heat.

Great Home for Big Group

This home is beautiful and has enough rooms with king beds/attached bathrooms for our adult family. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The gaming systems in the garage kept the kids busy the whole time. Nice pool and hot tub. We had a great week vacation here!

Perfect for an extended family getaway

So many good things to say!! The property is even better than the listing. Many photos make the space seem bigger than it actually is when you get there. This home was the opposite, even bigger than expected. Beautiful clean and open space with enough room for everyone. We had 5 couples, each with a king/queen bed AND PRIVATE BATHROOMS!!! Nothing worse than running into your father-in-law outside the bathroom at 2:00am… Plus a bunk room for the 3 kiddos. Wonderful to not feel like we were all piled in like some other condos. We all brought our UTV’s and went riding in Sand Hollow. The community had plenty of options for the 4 pickups and trailers in our party, plus more for the rest of the community. We never had trouble finding room to park. The community was clean and quiet, we were even near the pool and never heard it! Amazing space for the price. Would definitely stay here again!!

Surprisingly spacious.

Family time was plentiful, and we made many memories. Each of our smaller families had their own room and bathroom so there was no conflict about who had what amenity. We enjoyed the personal hot tub, pickleball courts & nearby hikes. Communication from property management was all very clear & detailed.

Beautiful house

This house was awesome. We love that the bedrooms all have there own bathroom (except the bunk room). I wish every rental put king size beds in the rooms. That's all I rent anymore. Would definitely stay again.
