« Under construction never told how to get to our room as the elevator closest to lobby was not operable. Ice machine not operating had to go two floors down to get ice. Had an over 300 person party and as a guest of the hotel-we were secondary in their concerns. Had to walk through the party to get to the lobby. Very embarrassing as they had formal wear and we were in travel clothes. Had a great burger in the restaurant. But the construction was not a pleasant dinner accompaniment. Restaurant...

« Rooms were not cleaned at all. The second room we stayed in there was pubic hair all over the bed still. We had to take a lint roller to it. The first room the door didn’t close right and there was a hole in the door that let all the cold air in. The bathroom door in the first room was missing the handle couldn’t shut it all the way or there was no getting it back open. Staff was okay tho they were willing to work with me to accommodate my pet. »
