I was nervous at first for the parking because of the reviews but I did not have any problems parking. I have a Honda Pilot and got in fine. I got there about 3:30 and found a parking spot, checked right in no line. The hallways smelled really nice and clean. My room was spotless. The only about the room was my bathroom door did not lock. Hotel was updated and very nice. We were on the 5th floor and had a great view of the city. ALL hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I'm glad they offer a full size breakfast with lots of fruit. The hotel and area felt very safe you had to use your room key to go on the elevators and go on the stairwells to open any door. There are several shopping areas and restaurants walkable from hotel. We walked to the CVS to buy some sunscreen and then walked to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner. There was a little shopping center on the way back we stopped at Barnes and Nobles, Sephora, they had a Pottery Barn. Would definitely stay again.

I just arrived late and they have sold my room. After 45 -minutes of arragements I have to take a lift 25 minutes away to another hotel and 25 min back tomorrow. I had arrived today at 1:00 pm and checked my bags. And they sold my room Before I got back. Completly dissatisfied
