It was a bit further from all the tourist attractions than i realized but that is my fault for not checking the map before booking. My husband, 11 year old son and I shared the space and it worked for what we needed. The bathroom was a little small for 3 people to share each day and the couch in the livingroom that converts to a bed is the only real seating in the place. It is in the basement so there are some low ceilings. If you are over 6' tall you may need to duck. It was within a 10 minute walk of the metro green line. ##### Nathan M. The space was more comfortable than a hotel room, at a lower total cost than most. Carl was very proactive about providing helpful information and checking that everything was OK. Although we didn't take advantage, a pingpong table and video arcade game added to the charm. It was within a reasonable walking distance to restaurants, groceries and a metro station. ##### James H.
