This property is not suitable for a man on crutches. Although advised of the situation the owner of the property has refused to refund our money including the damage deposit. Apr 10, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Convenient, quiet and clean The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time. Basically the size of a large hotel room. 3) The third level is a roof patio. Since it was cool while we were there, we didn't spend much time up there either. The entrance from the alley was unusual, but ok. Everything in the condo was clean and we had everything we needed. The owner was very prompt responding to text. The location was convenient to the capital. We Uber'd everywhere which cost us a total of $240 for the week we were there. Per trip prices ranged from $10 - $25. Prices are much cheaper if you avoid rush hour. There is Metro transportation everywhere but we didn't have cards and I couldn't figure out the process to apply and use a digital card. If you plan to use the Metro (which would be much cheaper), check it out and apply for cards before arriving. There is a small grocery store closeby but it isn't well stocked.
