Summary:  
These Combined Town homes are literally brand new and features a full kitchen where you can cook all your meals and save money on eating out. It has tv's in the living rooms and the master bedrooms as well as free high speed wifi. You'll have a private balcony with a beautiful view to watch the sunset as you relax around the fire pit with your loved ones.

This is two separate units built next to each other. The front doors and garages are next to each other as well.

These condos are a short drive from world-class sightseeing and activities in Quail Creek State Park (2.1 miles), Sand Hollow State Park (5.1 miles), Zion National Park (24.8 miles), Red Cliffs recreation area (5.1 miles), and so much more. Whether you prefer to spend your time hiking, biking, golfing, relaxing by the pool, enjoying water sports, canyoneering, rock climbing, attending the Tuacahn theater, or enjoying gorgeous vistas, there is no shortage of high adventure and family-friendly activities.  
  
When you're not out experiencing the local offerings, relax in ultimate comfort in our Townhouses stocked with a personal hot tub, outdoor fireplaces, TVs in each individual room, game rooms, and more. A shared pool, park, and pickleball courts complete the experience.  
  
One thing that we love about our Townhomes is that they are somewhere to get away that isn't too far from home. We love escaping the cold weather from Salt Lake City. We love that the location is right between St. George and Zion National Park, where we spend most of our time. By far our favorite feature is the rear balcony with a place to sit in the hot tub or sit by the fire and look at the stars. It's a place where we can hang out with all of our friends and talk. We love all of the games (Foosball, hot shot basketball, ping pong, and board games) at the condos as well. We absolutely love that there are so many things to do in St. George.  
  
We love Mountain Biking, Road Biking, Climbing, Canyoneering, hiking, Jet Skiing, Fishing, and playing around at the sand dunes at Sand Hollow State Park.  
  
Guest Access:  
You will have access to the whole home, balcony fire pit, private hot tub, and the community outdoor pool and hot tub.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The unique location---at the Hurricane Exit off I-15---keeps you out of the downtown St. George congestion and free to explore Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon at your leisure. Just minutes away you can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. Golfers discover the incredible scenery of Coral Canyon Golf Course across the street and Sky View 10 minutes away.
