This brand-new townhome is located in The Eighth at Coral Canyon in Washington, Utah, a picturesque community set beside the 8th hole of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. Filled with beautiful, modern homes, this community is in a prime location for exploring nearby St. George and the surrounding desert and mountains.  
  
In the neighboring community, you’ll have access to a shared pool and hot tub in addition to the private pool and hot tub in your own backyard. There’s also a splash pad perfect for little ones and tennis and pickleball courts.   
  
A golfer’s paradise, Southern Utah offers an abundance of golf courses graced with manicured greens amidst red rock cliffs, fields of black lava, and coral sand dunes. This home is located right along Coral Canyon Golf Course, but there are dozens to explore, like Sunbrook, SunRiver, Sand Hollow, Dixie Red Hills, and St. George Golf Club.   
  
Southern Utah is also filled with opportunities for outdoor adventure with endless trails to hike, bike and ATV, plus fishing, climbing, and canyoneering. Sand Hollow Reservoir, with its warm, blue waters and red sandstone landscape, is less than 10 miles away. There you can boat, fish, paddle board, and cliff jump, then explore the dunes of Sand Mountain via ATV. And Zion National Park, with its steep red cliffs, forest trails, waterfalls, hanging garden, and scenic views, is just 45 minutes away.  
  
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, there are plentiful dining options in St. George, from Zagat-rated restaurants to yummy pizza shops. #### great location!

We enjoyed our stay and having a private pool. Just be aware they DO NOT have a pool cover that locks and with littles that is a must.(IMO) especially because the door going to the pool doesn't have an alarm on it either. We had to tie the door from the patio door and the retractable door at night so the littles didn't wander through them. Just piece of mind for us.Also, the pool isn't as big as the picture makes it look ;) Plenty of bedrooms and each with it's own bath was a HUGE plus! And the bunkroom was great for all the grandkids! Downside of the area is there was no yard, just a beautiful golf course to look at. But if you wanted to play games on grass you'll have to go to a park. Could have been a little cleaner, again my opinion. There were peanuts left on the kitchen floor and the upstairs didn't look like the vacuum worked. The kitchen fridge didn't keep the contents very cold at all but the 1970 fridge in the garage was bomb! haha, of course! overall, good place though. #### Perfect for a family get together!

This property was phenomenal! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom and the open floorplan of downstairs made entertaining easy for our large group! Some of us played golf at the Coral Canyon Golf Course (a quick 3 minute drive from the house), and were able to see our family playing in the backyard when we played hole 8! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Amazing house. Guys golf trip with one guy per room was awesome. Close to all courses in the area. Pool and hot tub after golf was perfect. Only thing I would say is that the BBQ needs to be cleaned but other than that this place is a must stay if you are in St George area

#### New, but disappointing. Not worth the money

The written directions to the property were wrong. The garage door key pad didn’t work. The large downstairs master bedroom shower had the glass missing and was seen standing in the closet. One oven and one refrigerator for 20 people for five days? Not adequate! The backyard gate was broken and wouldn’t close—a parent’s nightmare. There were large, nasty-looking stains on a living area chair and the master bedrooms bedspread. Paper and plastic were littering the backyard from a construction project next door. This property held my money for a year due to Covid-19, and then didn’t deliver anywhere close to the anticipated value.

#### Fantastic house

This was such a great property to stay and the house was incredibly well kept! The pool was warm and the hot tub was great as well. The house is located quite conveniently between Zion and St. George, which we were really pleased with. We had a slight hiccup during the check in process and were unable to get into the home with the given code. We showed up at the house after hours (about 7:45pm) and were unable to get ahold of the property manager. I'm sure it's an uncommon occurrence but was quite stressful at the time. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to families or large groups!

The house is as beautiful as it is in the pictures. Great location and we could walk to the golf course. Weston was quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this home and would rent it again.

#### Great Spot for big family!

This townhouse is beautiful! The layout is great with all bedrooms but the master upstairs. The view of the golf course is outstanding too. The property manager sent conflicting information prior to check in which was confusing. I believe it was a standard communication for other homes which did not apply to this one with a private pool. Keep in mind you have townhouses on both sides which could put a damper on privacy. There is a park up the road and this property is about 45 min from Zion! Would stay here again!

#### Incredible place and tons of space!!

We loved our stay in this coral canyon home. Having a private pool right outside our door was awesome and the place was huge! Each of the eight bedrooms had private bathrooms. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Oh, also there was a mixup on the address but a call to the managers quickly resolved it.

I received price reduction notices after I booked. The reservation agent made some flimsy excuse why I would not get a credit. All together, the layout of this place is perfect for a large group.

#### Perfect for our larger family

Our extended family from CA and CO met for Thanksgiving in this fantastic property. All in all we were 5 children, 3 teens and 11 adults and this house perfectly for the bill! The bedrooms were a perfect retreat for those who needed some space (especially those on the back side of the property with the views of the golf course) whole the common areas provided plenty of space for games, conversations, or just hanging out. The kitchen was more than adequate for the Thanksgiving meal prep and serving. We had a great time in this wonderful place. Thank you!

#### Excellent place to stay for big groups

My family and I loved out stay at property. I was beautiful, brand new, and spacious. They actually undersell the amenities at this location. The pool and spa were fully functional and the AC worked very well. I only ding them a little on accuracy of their listing because the property manager charges much more on your credit card on the initial deposit, than what is advertised on VRBO. They charge about half of the total price for the initial deposit. It came as a surprise when I saw the charge on my card. But overall, this place is awesome.
