Myself, my husband and our 8 year old son were quite comfortable in the space. The neighborhood felt super safe and being within walking distance of Barracks Row and the Eastern Market Metro stop was incredibly convenient. Jonathan was quick to reply to any messages we sent him and seemed invested in ensuring our stay was a pleasant one. The beds were very comfortable (even, surprisingly, the pullout couch!) and everything was well maintained and clean. I was actually impressed that with cream colored carpets he has been able to keep them so relatively spotless with renters coming and going.
