Located near St. George, Utah, enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, golf, and breathtaking outdoor adventures, including Zion National Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir. The Space: This 1,863 sq. ft. new home is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring: \- Main Floor: An open-concept living space with a plush seating area, a fireplace, and a large TV. The industrial-style dining table seats 8, with additional bar seating for 3\. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for meal preparation. A half bath, laundry area, and the primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bath complete this floor. \- Upstairs: A second lounge area with bean bag chairs, a sofa sleeper, and a TV. The second primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and a private en-suite bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a bunk room featuring one twin-over-twin and one queen-over-queen bunk bed—ideal for kids and groups.
