The house is really beautiful, clean and spacious but we did have a few issues. One, the parking space that is provided in the alley is really narrow. Two, we did not receive our check in instructions until 2:30 pm the same day as our check in. Three, there isn’t any shelving in the shower in the master so you had to put your belongings on the floor and some bathrooms didn’t have bathmats. Four, we were told that if your group is bigger than 4 people you will be charged for each person after that for “wear and tear”. We communicated that we had 7 in our group but there was not enough towels laid out for our group so we had to go to the store to buy some. Also, we misread the second queen bed that was listed was actually an air mattress but bedding has to be requested prior to check in. If I am being charged for my large group and you know how many people I have, why do I have to request certain accommodations ? Shouldn’t that automatically be stocked in the house ? We were very upset especially , again, we were charged for our large group even though the listing list it sleeps 8\. Overall, we had a really good time and especially enjoyed the rooftop , but we wish our stay could have been better. ##### Mikaela S. It was clean, smelled fresh and had plenty of room for us. I will say the one downside was the area. The alley way we used to get access to the parking was too narrow to pull into and out of the assigned parking spot and unfortunately we saw a user shooting up. We did not let that ruin our stay and you shouldn’t either. Communicating with the owner was great. She is friendly and quick to respond. Overall, we had a great time during our stay in Washington D.C. ##### Gina B.
