Spacious, serene, safe, sense of community living. This is a minimum of 6-month, fully furnished rental, with a garage available at an additional cost. The garage is located underneath the building and is accessible through elevators. The property has a spacious rooftop terrace with a grilling area perfect for entertainment, private conversations, and enjoying breathtaking sunsets over the Historic city on warm DC nights (which last through mid of October) The unit comes with adequate amount of furnishings and cabinet/closet storage space for very comfortable living, Amazon firestick TV enabling access to a variety of various channels, linens, towels, starter kit of toiletries, and healthy snacks. Living room sofa turns into a queen-size sleeping sofa for your guests.
