Mark was responsive to questions and issues that came up while we were there. A few things to know:1\. This is an older duplex, and the wall separating the units is not very soundproof. You won't hear everything next door, but you will hear the louder sounds.2\. We were excited by the fenced yard for my dog. However, there is a dog next door (sharing a chainlink fence), and the fence between the units is only plastic.
