This newly renovated 5-star gem in the historic H Street neighborhood of DC offers a charming and spacious retreat thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. With its blend of modern amenities and historic charm, this home is perfect for unwinding after exploring the nation's capital's vibrant culture, iconic landmarks, and hidden gems. 3 BEDROOMS, SLEEPS 6/7: UPPER LEVEL: 2 rooms with queen beds, large closets, and TVs. Bedroom 1 has a private full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a shared full bathroom on the same level. MAIN LEVEL: Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 and has a shared half bath. A sofa in the living room folds down for an additional guest. 2.5 BATHROOMS: Each bathroom has extra towels, a hairdryer, liquid hand soap, and Cetaphil facewash. FULL KITCHEN: Fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, plenty of dishes, etc. PORCH: Front porch and back deck. PARKING: Private parking space in the back and free street parking. KID-FRIENDLY: A highchair and a Pack n' Play are provided with a few bottles, sippy cups, and kid-sized utensils. Motion nightlights are also located throughout the house. WASHER AND DRYER: Full-size and detergent provided. LOCATION .4 miles from the H Street Corridor, which offers access to the DC Streetcar, providing FREE transit along H Street and Benning Road. 1.2 miles from Union Market. FREE transport to METRO: Take the FREE DC Street Car (Trolley) to Union Station Metro. Walk to the corner of Benning Road and 15th St NE to catch the Trolley to Union Station METRO. 1.3 miles from the Stadium-Armory Metro Station. This station serves the Blue, Orange, and Silver Lines. Many grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and shopping places on the blocks around the home.
