malheureusement à notre arrivée le réceptionniste n'a pas pu nous ouvrir la porte d'une chambre... après plusieurs tentatives il a ouvert la fenêtre de l'extérieur en essayant de l'escalader... nous avons considéré cela dangereux et inquiet pour notre sécurité, alors nous décidé de louer dans un autre hôtel. de plus, la chambre était insalubre et pleine de moisissures, un vrai danger pour la santé : C'est pourquoi nous vous demandons de rembourser le montant que nous avons payé pour l'hébergement. Merci de votre compréhension

I really thought I was gonna get a better stay here by the rules were kind of small very outdated smell like cigarettes. They were no staff when I got to the hotel. I have to wait. The rooms were OK. Parking was easy. There were not a whole Lotta restaurants nearby, I definitely probably will not stay here unless I have to

This property should not even be allowed to sell to regular hotel guests, I was in the room for about 10 minutes before I just couldn't handle it. I don't think I would even get any sleep if I would have stayed. We went back to the front desk to get our money back and they didn't even care and wouldn't give us a refund. We left and stayed in our car. Maybe this place is usually for people to stay for hourly rate or monthly rentals but this was unacceptable. Thank goodness we booked with expedia and they helped us with a little credit to compensate for some of our loss but please be warned not to stay especially if you are with kids.

The place is very dirty, noisy unsafe to stay in. Staff is not available to help if you want check in and out. The ceiling has mold TV doesn't work. Not towel and wash cloth in the room.

Unfortunately, but apparently, guest smoked in all rooms, even definitely marked as non-smoking. The host was very accommodating and immediately moved me to another room. It was cleaned better and had good and many smell killers. I needed to stay just a night, cost was very competitive, the motel was very close to my POI, and I'm not a princess. I stayed the night. Everything went well. And I felt well supporting a hardworking American.

I tried to check-in this morning around midday. The service person did not have the room available and showed me to a room that smelled of cigarettes. The images used to advertise this property are extremely date and not reflective of current conditions. The property is somewhat exposed and it can feel unsafe with other people loitering or passing through. While the attendant tried his best to help, he ultimately advised me to speak to his manager or Expedia. He did not speak English so communication was difficult. I did find him polite. Unfortunately, I had to leave and find alternate accommodation. I'm very annoyed at the advertisement used for this property.

The location of this property is not easy to get to. I am pretty sure the property only has one person running it. I never saw anyone else. Trash outside the rooms. We only had one towel in the room and when I asked the owner for more, he acted like he did not want to give me more and then followed me back to room to get the one towel we had to wash it. The room was never cleaned during the week stay. Smelled like stale cigarettes and weed. Bathroom had feces stains on the old floor radiator. Lost power in the room and was told by the owner that I had to turn off the heater in order to run the microwave. The locks on the door were not safe. There were a lot of hotel "residents" walking the property at night, being loud, and standing outside room doors. (Pretty sure this place used to be a halfway house of some sort.) The owner was never available when needed. On the day of checkout, he never showed up while me and 2 others waited to vacate our rooms. Eventually, we all just left. Tried calling the property multiple times but he never answered the phone. Overall, this was a horrible experience. My son and I did not feel safe at all. The photos on the website are a lie and the reviews that say excellent are paid for. Do not ever recommend this property again.

Me and my family stayed 4 days in the hotel, it wasn’t that bad there is some fixing up they could do. The room doors are deadbolt and require a pin to enter the rooms, the other locks on the door are useless and the doors don’t really close all the way they leave like a little crack at the top. Not sure if it’s due from like forced entry or anything. Bathrooms were nicer than the room itself, we had some issues with the toilet when you flush it the water just keeps rising even when it isn’t clogged. You had to mess with the toilet a little to actually get everything to flush down. Beds were okay, blankets and sheets were all clean just not so comfortable. Person in front office doesn’t speak English too well we were using google translate with each other. Wasn’t the best but it’s something cheap and easy to book, and if you were struggling to get a motel in DC this would be your go to place.
