This is a gorgeous old home. You feel special when you walk in.

Unique property, very interesting mansion. Staff nice enough. Breakfast was milk put out with dry cereal and granola bars with some bananas and apples. There was coffee. No hot food. We had a small tub and a pitcher next to it to wash hair. No shower. Much older home- but it was an experience and we had fun.

Thank you for your feedback. OUr king rooms do not have a shower and that is stated in the description of the room. We hope to see you back in the future.

Comfy and quirky.
Publié le 29 oct. 2018 sur HotelsIt really wasn’t bad at all. The owners were nice, it’s an older place so common sense dictates things will be older. It was quiet, everyone was polite, other guests got along well, easy walk to all attractions.

I had a tire problem and Chad is being very helpful in solving it.
Also being flexible on time breakfast served.

We enjoyed the family running this B and B. However they were new owners and not quite up to speed on a few things.

Not worth the money at all.

Pour : The tub was truly the only thing.
Contre : Mostly everything.
Emplacement : There are many things to do nearby due to being in Hermann.
Its just not kept up. Very cheaply kept. Not worth the money by any means.

History and future

Prior to booking with Herzog Mansion B&B I spent 2 weeks to find the perfect place for what I was looking for. The age and history, location and amenities were perfect for us. The owners have recently purchased and are thrilled to continue restoration of the Mansion. My husband and I visited with Chad and his family about the different places to go and general information about Hermann, they were very knowledgeable. It was our first experience staying in a B&B and it was very nice and quite, full of history and a great homemade breakfast! We will return to Hermann Mo for many more weekends and we will always stay at the Herzog Mansion!
