We enjoyed an extra long weekend in DC, and this location was great for us. You are very close to the liveliness of Adams Morgan, but you will not hear any noise from the nearby street at night.Grocery store and grug store are just around the corner, very convenient

Cute place + good location

The place was exactly as described, with everything we needed for our one-week stay. Adams Morgan is a vibrant part of the city, not too far from the Mall, museums, and monuments and the apartment is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars, groceries.

We had a fantastic stay at a basement apartment in Washington DC, near the Smithsonian Zoo. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with the zoo and parks nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Fantastic apartment and great location! Josh's apartment is on a quiet street just two blocks from all the great restaurants and shops in Adams Morgan. It's an English basement apartment but is full of light and isn't below ground at all. Windows in every rooms. We loved the outdoor space in the back. Super comfortable beds, great kitchen. We loved it and would definitely return!

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. I traveled with my kids and mom , my pet dog. The location was perfect and accessible to main DC areas for sightseeing. We took stroll to the Adams Morgan neighborhood, lots of good places to eat and very chill vibes The property is very clean and host is helpful with any questions I had. Very nice and clean, neighborhood is adorable. Short walk to a lot of bars and restaurants. There is no street parking near the place, you need to unload then more your car to the parking garage down the street, it’s about a 5 walk. Would definitely stay there again.
