This brilliant apartment offers a warm atmosphere with 1 queen bed and 1 futon, perfect for a small group of guests. AC, shower, laundry, gas fireplaces, gas grill/patio all ensure you'll have all the comforts you need. Excellent wi-fi, 52" smart Tv add to the ability to kick back and relax. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment. Other attractions include a lakeview, walking distance to marina, beaches, downtown shopping. Found on our block: StageNorth (now operated by Big Top Chataqua), Lost Apostle Brewing Taphouse (coming new fall '25), cafe Coco and many other amenities (ski waxing at Washburn Hardware/Sport). Room to park boat trailers, etc right on site. We really enjoyed the collection of classic vinyl--from CCR to Willie Nelson to Bonnie Raitt--and the small but select collection of books by the likes of Jim Harrison, Wendell Berry, and Tommy Orange. The location couldn't be more ideal, within walking distance of basically everything in Washburn, and the host was Johnny-on-the-spot when we had a pretty significant snowfall and needed some shoveling done.
