Welcome to an inviting home nestled in the heart of a family-friendly neighborhood in the prestigious of Wasaga.  
Located just minutes 3 to 5 minutes in car to Wasaga Beach 6 to enjoy all opportunities to swim, boat, walk and relax by the sandy beaches.  
Various other attractions like Blue Mountain Village and ski resorts and Scenic caves are only 15 to 20 min driving distance.  
This new bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 Living Roms, Hug offices and 3 cars garages. You can parks 9 cars or 6 cars and BOAT.
