"This house was perfect for our trip to the Newport area for Folk Fest. We didn't spend much time in the house or surrounding area but it filled our needs and offered much more. The beds (1 queen, 2 twins) were perfect for our family of 4. "
"A friend and I stayed a night at this hotel when I came down from Boston to see a show at Theatre by the Sea. This place was one of the more affordable options, and we were both really impressed with it! Check-in was quick and easy and the two queen bed room was incredibly spacious. There was a fridge and microwave as well, so this seems like it could be a great place for a longer stay. Normally, I like a firm mattress, but these seemed a bit hard for my taste. That's my only real complaint (and it's barely a complaint). Our room was on the second floor and also included a lovely terrace that we barely used.
I will absolutely stay here in the future."
"Great location! Located on a quiet road. Beach close by, within 30 min to Newport. House is comfortable. We grilled and were happy to be able touse folding chairs at beach. Our family loved our stay."
