The rooms although quite small are well equiped clean and comfortable. The staff are first class, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is very well placed and having parking, although at an extra cost, that close to all the attractions is very useful.

This is a very well-run hotel. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, everything worked, the linens were nice and the bed itself comfortable and high quality. Quiet, efficient, well-appointed. Thoughtful, helpful staff. Much appreciated. And it's a five-minute walk, across a footbridge over the Avon, from the Shakespeare theatre.

The location of the property, in close proximity to restaurants, theatre and town, was a real bonus. The restaurant on site was very good. Rooms were large and comfortable. Parking on site another bonus

Very convenient for RSC Theatre, good restaurant on site. Short walk into town. A pity parking is not included in the cost of an overnight stay. Breakfast limited in choice and quantity.

Lovely, comfortable hotel with a great restaurant and pub. It’s an easy walk across the old tram bridge to the Royal Shakespeare Company theatres and the center of town. The train station is less than a mile away. I would definitely stay there again!

Great value accommodation but pricey bar.
The facilities in a standard room are excellent. Mini fridge and nice little table and chairs. Maintenance team couldn't have been qucker attending to our noisy air-conditioning. Lovely pub and restaurant but the drinks are very expensive. Restaurant service charge applied automatically and without thought, even for pouring half a lager at the counter!

Nice stay
Upon arriving the staff on the desk was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & spacious enough. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We would definitely stay there again. Our only criticism & concern was the external door by the car park. This was not locked & could be accessed by anyone. I feel that this should be locked & only used as a firedoor.

All in all we had a very enjoyable stay in Stratford. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The bedroom was comfortable with a small seating area. The bedroom walls could do with a repaint as they were quite scuffed which spoilt the overall look and feel. Breakfast was good with hot food cooked to order. The hot water urn needs to be raised so you can get the larger teapot underneath!

Great location
Friendly staff but a little tired and seems more set up for coach parties. Over priced for what it is. Location is excellent and would stay again but I wouldn’t seek it out
