The beach is steps away, as well as restaurants and boat ramp. There is also a park and basketball court to enjoy. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles, and an EV outlet in the driveway. 5 miles to TF Green Airport Walk to restaurants 2 miles to grocery and Starbucks Great location for kayaking, fishing, or swimming. Lots of events during the summer. First Floor: Walk in to your dedicated work space with monitor, keyboard, and mouse to use. You will also have a comfortable lounge area, ping pong table, laundry, and access to backyard with hammock chairs and cornhole. Second Floor: Step up to the full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms conveniently on one floor. Listen to the seagulls while you drink your morning coffee on the patio. Kitchen • You will have a full kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, and microwave. Island has seating for two. Such a pleasant place to use as a home base to explore this corner of Rhode Island.\` \`The location was perfect, right down the road to the town beach. There were some amazing restaurants in Warwick, and many activities available with a little bit of driving. The beds were also very comfortable which can be hard to find in an airbnb!\` Self check-in via keypad on front door. Entire house is accessible except for owner\`s closet downstairs. Please message me through Airbnb for questions during your stay. Oakland Beach is a nice walkable neighborhood featuring several restaurants, including everyone\`s favorite Iggy\`s! There is plenty of beach access on all three sides, and several place for your to drop a kayak in or go fishing. Down the street there is also a skate park, and the city has recently built a playground and splash pad. Grocery store, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and several other restaurants are all within 2 miles. Oakland Beach is often the site for Memorial Day and 4th of July fireworks, carnivals, car shows, and food truck nights throughout the summer. Max, Disney+, Hulu, and Prime included \*\*Garage is not available for use No smoking or vaping in the house, garage, or on the deck. $150 fee will be charged for smoking or unauthorized pets plus additional cleaning.
