A perfect base for exploring Leamington Spa and the wider Warwickshire region with private gated secure parking for one car. A large well equipped open plan living room / kitchen area is the hub of the property benefitting from plenty of natural light. Both bedroom benefit from a super comfy bed & plenty of storage space in the wardrobes. The space Recently renovated apartment block completed to the highest standard with modern features throughout. Stylishly fitted out the property benefits from being on the first floor with a large amount of natural light from the large French Doors whilst also remaining quiet at night due to a double layered glazing blocking out the Town Centre noise. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property during their stay. The property is NOT shared with anyone else. Other things to note Recently renovated to a high standard and very central location in the market town of Warwick IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
