Une mignonne maisonnette

Elle a tout d une grande cette maisonnette Avec tout le confort nécessaire et une batterie de cuisine bien garnie Les trois seuls bémols seraient les lits du 1er étage très mous, la vétusté des meubles du salon et les frais de ménage très élevés de 95 dollars Sinon nous recommandons cet endroit Le lit matrimonial était lui confortable heureusement

We only spent 1 night here, but house was clean, comfy and on a quiet block. I would recommend to orhers. Unfortunately, we were up here for a specific performance on Feb 28th and was following the 2-3 foot blizzard days earlier. They did a great job plowing around the area. There are 2 close Dunkin Donuts, which makes me very happy.

Home was quaint. Kitchen was complete with everything needed for cooking. Large refrigerator. Back yard has a swing set and a fire pit. Side yard had a tire swing. One master bedroom, and two twin beds upstairs. Living room has two couches. Location of the house was perfect. Close to most everything. The tree house restaurant is close by, very good! And of course don't forget iggys right near the water.

The property was very clean and came with everything you would get at hotel. A nice large kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve meals if you chose; there were even some snacks and coffee to get you started. The host provided several wonderful local restaurant recommendations. Sophia's and also Antonio's Bakery & Charlie's Deli are spots to definitely hit!Downside is it is on older side street but in a busy area near a school. It did allow easy access to food and stores and to the highway for road tripping.It was not a resort but a homey cottage.

Short stay in Warwick

Had a great time in Warwick at end of May for our 4 days. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Weather was unseasonably cool and they came in person to turn heat back on. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again in future.

Our host was very responsive to what we needed, and apologetic about things outside his control (trash schedule changing.) Would definitely reccomend a stay here for anyone looking for a neat/clean place not far from sights of Warwick and Providence!

Very Nice!

Overall, our stay was great! Everything inside was clean and welcoming. The couches were a bit uncomfortable to sit on. But fine for laying down. And a visible house number on the outside would be helpful.

Great Weekend Getaway

The house was perfectly clean and in great condition. A nice amount of space for the 3 of us, all adults. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Gerald was very communicative and helped us make sure everything went well.

Small Cottage Convenient Location

My brother and I stayed at the Cozy Cottage while visiting family in East Greenwich. Check in was very easy and the owner was great to communicate with. I wasn't sure if we were at the right house, at first, due to a broken down car in the driveway. The house had nice kitchen amenities and was in a good location. The beds on the second floor were comfortable, but the ceiling is very low especially for an adult. We were glad to have a fan as it was very hot when we visited and the window unit on the ground floor didn't cool off the downstairs bedroom. All in all, the cottage worked for us for our visit. Thanks!

Great Home Base

The cottage was clean, comfortable, central to all the places we were visiting and all systems worked well. Hot water was hot, good water pressure, heating system worked well, TV offered all we wanted, kitchen well equipped. Host was very accessible and prompt on follow through.

Very Happy

This home was exactly as expected. It was small but the gathering areas, living room and kitchen, were surprisingly roomy. The upstairs loft had floor space and we put an air mattress in this area versus using the sofa bed in the main living area. Of course, the ceiling was vaulted/low on both sides due to the cape cod style of home. The single bathroom was small but we made it work. Overall, the home was very clean and well stocked. I would recommend it.

Perfect getaway house in Rhode Island

The house is very conveniently located near numerous hiking destinations in Rhode Island. It is also very close to Providence. Host was very accommodating and addressed all concerns, answered all my questions promptly. The house had everything we needed for a short get away with my wife ro Rhode Island.

Cozy and clean!

The cottage was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Gerald was also a great host, providing an easy check-in experience and recommendations for things to do in the area. The cottage has bathroom amenities including shampoo, plenty of towels, body wash, and a hair drywr. The cottage has a kitchen with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could need, and the beds were clean and comfortable The only thing I might recommend is adding more detail about what kind of coffee maker there is- it's a Keurig with plenty of K cups which was wonderful - we had brought along our own coffee supplies thinking it was a drip coffee machine but we didn't even need to bring anything! Great accomodations for the price, would recommend to others!

The cottage was cute. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. Upstairs sleeping area too small for an adult. The grill only lit up in one little corner. The location was perfect for our vacation but I would not go there again..
