"Lovely place, staff brilliant and restaurant was lovely "

"I stayed at the Leonardo hotel on the 5th April and after getting a friendly service by the staff and Emma at reception I came back to stay for a full weekend with my family. We booked 2 twin superior rooms and managed to get both rooms side by side. Once again I was met by Emma at reception and she recognised both myself and my daughter who had stayed there just days before. Emma is a real asset to the hotel for the way she will look after you from the moment you check in. All the staff were friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday the day after we were leaving and once I had told Sofia at checkout, she arranged for a goodie bag with sweets and a small Leonardo hotel teddy to go away with. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Perfect for Symphony Hall excellent staff bedroom door looked as if it had been forced not a good loo. A little attention to detail around paintwork in bathroom would make a huge difference. These are small things but make a difference "

"Nice clean and spacious rooms , close to theatre and entertainment areas. Breakfast included which was excellent too. "

"The room was a tad small but everything was ok, great shower. Breakfast was great and staff were all very nice. overall we had a lovely stay and I would definitely go back as it was very good value for money too!"

"The hotel was so beautiful and close walking distance to the city center and the new street station. It was quiet and well secured. The staff were also very attentive and changed my room when I complained about the initial room that was given to me. I would definitely visit here in the future "
