The space This brand new 3,300 sq ft home was built with comfort in mind. The heated floors and wood burning fireplace are a dream in the winter. Indulge your culinary passions in the high-end kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for gourmet creations. Whether you're whipping up a feast for friends or savoring a quiet breakfast with loved ones, this kitchen is sure to inspire. Throughout the house, you'll find a unique style that blends contemporary flair with rustic charm, creating an atmosphere that's both inviting and chic. Relax in the comfortable living areas, where oversized windows frame views of the surrounding woods, or gather around the fireplace for cozy evenings in. Situated on almost 5 private acres, the sounds of nature surround you, offering endless opportunities for exploration and relaxation. Guest access The entire house and property are available for guests to use. Other things to note \- Early check-in and late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm the availability of early check-in and/or late checkout one day in advance. We charge a fee of $25 for this service, since we will need to coordinate with our on-site manager, and sometimes we will need to pay a cleaning rescheduling fee. \- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help! Please send us a message and we'll get back to you asap. Thank you!! Additional rules \- We have a maximum limit of 10 guests, including day visitors, unless prior permission is given. Please tell us your final guest count at the time of booking. Events are strictly forbidden. \- Any reports of excessive noise from neighbors may result in your immediate removal from the property without a refund. \- Upon booking, you must inform us of the expected number of cars that will be parked at the property during your visit. If you exceed this number of cars you may be asked to leave without a refund. (This rule is needed to prevent unauthorized events.) \- Parking is allowed in the driveway only. Please do not drive or park on the lawn. \- Please note, we charge a Key Replacement Fee of up to $300.
